Bronze Package
$1,500
  • Single camera coverage of ceremony and reception, up to 8 hours
  • Wireless mic for good audio of the vows
  • Highlight video with music overlay
  • Digital file delivered online

Silver Package
$2,000

Everything in the Bronze Package, plus:

  • Multi-camera coverage of the ceremony (up to 4 cameras)
  • Highlight video with music overlay + Feature Video
  • Interviews with guests during reception
  • Digital files delivered via USB thumb drive + 1 DVD or Blu Ray
  • One round of online review before finished video is delivered

Gold Package
$2,500

Everything in the Silver Package, plus:

  • Second videographer for half a day (up to 4 hours)
  • Drone/aerial footage (up to 4 hours of coverage)

Platinum Package
$3,000

Everything in the Gold Package, plus:

  • Primary videographer for up to 10 hours
  • Second videographer for a full day (up to 8 hours)
  • Drone/aerial footage (up to 4 hours of coverage)
  • Up to two rounds of online review before finished video is delivered
  • Up to 3 DVDs or Blu-Rays including entire video and music video, plus digital files for web posting

Platinum+ Package
$4,000

Everything in the Platinum Package, plus:

  • Two videographers for up to 10 hours each
  • Drone/aerial footage (up to 6 hours of coverage)
  • Location scout – Where possible (within the Washington, DC Metro area), videographer will scout ceremony and reception location with client prior to wedding day to discuss angles and coverage
  • Up to three rounds of online review before finished video is delivered
  • Up to 5 DVDs or Blu-Rays including entire video and music video, plus digital files for web posting

Additional costs

  • Overtime (past scheduled hours on day of wedding) will be added as an additional $100 per hour, per videographer.
  • Split-time: In the event that there is a long break between the ceremony and reception where shooting is not required, this downtime will be added at an additional $50 per hour, per videographer. This time will not count toward the total time allotted, but must be scheduled before the day of the ceremony.
  • Extra DVDs and Blu Ray copies are always available for $20 per DVD and $30 per Blu Ray.
  • Travel expenses for any event in the general Washington DC/Metro area are included with the package. For any other locations, travel & lodging will be billed at cost to the client, + $100 per videographer for any day spent traveling other than the day of the ceremony.
